Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Honeyvine accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges are not accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Returns must be sent by mail using a shipping carrier of your choice.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Honeyvine is not responsible for returns lost in transit without valid tracking information.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
1. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at team@honey-vine.com.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Personal care goods

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
