How do I find my size?

Each product page has a detailed size chart with measurements in inches. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing to our chart rather than relying on your usual size.

When will I get my order?

Here's what to expect once your order is processed:

  • Transit Time US: 6–13 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time International: 5-15 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time US: 8–16 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or extreme weather conditions. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays.

What if the dress doesn't fit?

If your dress doesn’t fit, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is new, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are not accepted. To start a return, contact us at team@honey-vine.com

How much does shipping cost?

Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on orders, with a minimum purchase amount of 80$.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them to you fast! If you need to make changes, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at team@honey-vine.com. After 2 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment and we won't be able to make changes.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it. Contact us at: team@honey-vine.com.

How should I care for my dresses?

Each item includes a care label with detailed instructions. As a general rule: wash on cold, hang dry, and avoid bleach. Delicate fabrics like silk, satin, and lace should be hand-washed or dry-cleaned.

The size I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

Popular pieces typically restock within 2–4 weeks, though some limited-edition styles don't return.
